Meet Our Chef Introducing Ezequiel Dominguez


With more than 20 years of culinary experience, Ezequiel Dominguez fuses his Spanish heritage with seasonal ingredients to bring an international flair to the dining experience at Coa. From opening a new restaurant in Indiana named Tely’s as the Executive Chef to managing a banquet hall in East Dundee, Illinois, to honing his skills at popular Chicago tapas restaurant Café Iberico, Dominguez believes that respecting the ingredients and process is the key to culinary success.
